  • I have a problem and need to cancel (pause, change, return, request a refund, etc) my order.
    Please contact me through the contact form and I will work to resolve the problem quickly as possible. 

  • How do you ship my order?
    I generally use USPS and UPS for handling all our shipping. (Telepathy and carrier pigeons didn't work so don't even ask.) 

  • My order was damaged during shipment, what do I do?
    Simply contact me with details about the order and I will work with you as swiftly as possible.

  • I need my stickers in a hurry, can you rush my order?
    I am a one squirrel on a wheel operation and do not offer expedited service at this time. Perhaps when we add another squirrel. Or hamster. 

  • This sticker does not look like it was made by a machine in a factory.
    Correct, they are made right here by me and I reserve the right to have slight variations. I'm an artist playing printer. I try to do a good job but sometimes there are exceptions. Contact me via the form and we will work it out!
